TEACHING INTERESTS
Joey has taught thousands of students in area of organisational psychology and behaviour, particularly in areas of leadership, management, and human resources. He has led major strategic learning and teaching projects including designing institutional architecture on work integrated learning, student evaluation, and third-party arrangements. He regularly receives Teaching Commendations for student satisfaction exceeding 95 percent, and was a recipient of the Vice Chancellor's Innovation Award in 2021 for his leadership on a successful third-party curriculum program. He also leads as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of University Teaching and Learning Practice, one of the most significant learning and teaching journals in Australia, and provides expert advice on artificial intelligence education, curriculum design, student evaluation, and student development.
